On June 1st, Nordwind Airlines opens its new Kazan to Tashkent flight program. Regular flights will be carried out on 220-seater AirbusA321 airliners according to the following schedule:

On Fridays, departure from Kazan is at 06:05 PM, and arrival in the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan is at 11:15 PM. Return departure is at 01:40 AM of the next day with a landing in Kazan at 03:05 AM.

Local time is indicated for each airport. The schedule can be changed. Time in Uzbekistan is 2 hours "ahead of" Moscow time.

The tourist and investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan is presented at the 10th International Economic Summit "Russia — Islamic World: KazanSummit" taking place in Kazan from May 10th through May 12th. On April 12th, the 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "TOUR FACTOR 2018" – "Event Tourism as the Main Factor of Area Development" was held in Kazan. From April 12th to April 14th, 2018, the key event for the tourism and sports industry in the Volga region, the 23rd international specialized exhibition "Tourism and Sport," will be held in the exhibition center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" (Kazan Fair). This is an international project that has been developing steadily since 1995 and uniting the В2B and B2C market segments, which serves as a platform for establishing an effective dialog between the professionals in the sports and tour industry, as well as active recreation enthusiasts.

Today an agreement was signed on cooperation in the field of tourism between the State Committee on Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Kazan National Research Technical University n.a. A.N. Tupolev." . The event was attended by the chairman of the Committee Sergei Ivanov and the rector of KAI Albert Gilmutdinov.

Today representatives of the tourist industry of the Altai Territory visited the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Tourism. Today, the presentation of a new flight of Belavia on the Minsk-Kazan-Minsk route took place in the committee. On the part of the Republic of Tatarstan, the following persons took part in the presentation in question: the Chairman of the Committee Sergey Ivanov, the Deputy Minister of Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Yegorov, the Director for the Strategic Development of the Kazan Airport Veronika Aktasheva and the Director of the Committee for the Development of Tourism of Kazan, Darya Sannikova, and Belavia company was presented by the head of the branch of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation Oleg Isayev, an expert of the Belavia Air Company on Marketing Andrei Gursky, as well as representatives of the tourism industry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On April 12th, 2018, the 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "TOUR FACTOR 2018" – "Event Tourism as the Main Factor of Area Development" will be held in Kazan (24 Orenburgskiy Trakt, Training Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service).
