MITT is an international exhibition of tourism and the hospitality industry, which has been held annually in Moscow for more than 30 years on the eve of the tourist season. It is recognized by the world community as an effective b2b event in the field of tourism. About 13 thousand professional buyers visit MITT every year.
This year, 790 exhibitors from 29 countries and 58 regions of Russia are taking part in the exhibition.
Tatarstan is represented by a large delegation. About 40 companies of the republic will present the tourist potential of our direction at the Visit Tatarstan stand, among the participants: tour operators, the Kazan Kremlin Museum-Reserve, the Yelabuga Museum-Reserve, the Island-Grad Sviyazhsk Museum-Reserve, the Bulgarian Museum-Reserve, the Tugan Avylym National Complex, the Sviyazhsky Hills resort city, hotels Kazan Palace by TASIGO, Kol Gali Resort&Spa, Luciano, Riviera, Nogai and others.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, representatives of the tourism industry took part in industry seminars, a meeting on the development of sustainable tourism, discussed problems and prospects for the development of incoming tourism in the regions at a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
On March 19, a solemn ceremony of signing a trilateral agreement was held in order to jointly promote the tourism potential of Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Republic of Tatarstan in foreign markets, as well as on March 20 - an agreement on cooperation with the Republic of Ingushetia.
