Prohibition of making a present of something and taking presents.

According to the terms of the anticorruption movement and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, it is not allowed to give presents to persons substituting government and municipal jobs, employees of certain organizations, and to take presents by these persons due to their duty performance.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security freshens up the memory of the adherence of prohibition of making and taking gifts.

Taking the present by appropriate party is the violation of prohibition, enables the conflict of interests, calls into question the objectivity of his decisions, and it is punishable by law, as strong as getting fired in view of the loss of confidence, and in cases when the gift is qualified as the kickback – it is the criminal liability.
