“Visit Tatarstan” brand became the winner of the International Competition “Tourist Brand: Best Practices 2016” in the nomination "Tourist destination/cluster brand” in the category “Professional Project (current tourist brand).” In total 14 participants were presented in this category. The solemn ceremony of summarizing and rewarding of winners and laureates of the contest was held today at the 22nd International Tourism Exhibition OTDYKH LEISURE. International competition “Tourist Brand: Best Practices 2016” is established as an open contest of proposals for the achievements in the creation, development and promotion of tourist brands. This is the authoritative award, which is awarded on the basis of the assessment of branding of tourism companies and facilities by an international jury, composed of professionals in the tourism and marketing.
