Kazan has entered in Top-3 Russian cities for quality of life and leads the ranking of places for the relocation for the russians

The capital of Tatarstan included in Top 3 best quality of life cities in Russia in 2015. The first line took Tyumen, in the second place Moscow. The assessment conducted by the Department of sociology of the Financial University under the government of the Russian Federation with regard to data of Rosstat and estimates of the Russians. In the study were 38 cities in the country. Nevertheless, Kazan was the leader in the list of cities where you want to move the Russians. They seek to "put down roots" in Kazan, Tyumen, Moscow and Grozny.
