The parade of Snowmen in Kazan!

On January 8th, Kazan will host the festival "Parade of snowmen". Joining him will be able to attend. Citizens will have the opportunity to compete in decorating the snowmen, become a party to the very colorful and very unusual for winter Holi festival and to help the orphan children by joining charity events. The tenderer decorating snowmen may become as one man and a team of up to four people. Contestants need to prepare in advance accessories, clothing and colours of future masterpieces. The winners, determined by popular vote, will receive prizes.
