Tatarstan was presented in Dubai as a new tourist direction

From 15th to 16th of November Sergey Ivanov, chairman of the State Commitee on Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan, is on the working visit in the United Arab Emirates.
Tatarstan was presented as a new tourist direction for UAE. At 16 of November also was a meeting with general Counsul of the Russian Federation Goa Buachidze.
Travelling is very popular among residens of the Emirates. 6 millions trip from Dubai every year.

According to the results of the authoritative All-Russian WHERETOTRAVEL HOTELS AWARD, the Kazan Palace by Tasigo Hotel entered the top five best hotels in Russia, also winning the title of the best hotel in the Urals and the Volga region.
Following the opening of flights between Kazan and the capital of the UAE, Tatarstan was visited by representatives of the tourism industry of six Persian Gulf countries on a working visit. A delegation of 9 leading operators assesses the infrastructure and tourism potential of the republic.

Anastasia Grafinya, a representative of Tatarstan, won the prestigious Miss Environment International 2025 international competition, presenting the author's eco-project "Wild Farm" in the Rybno-Slobodsky district of the republic to the jury and participants from more than 30 countries. She was awarded the main award "For the greatest contribution to ecology and the environment."

The festivals "NUR" and "Living Legends" from Kazan, the festival of historical reconstruction "Elbeden" from the Pestrechinsky district won prizes at the XIV international award in the field of event tourism Russian Event Awards.
