First festival of colors to be held in Kazan July 20

An outdoor "Russian Color Festival 2014" will be held for the first time in Kazan on July 20. During the event, thousands of people dressed in white will come to the appointed place and will start spraying each other with dry paint.
The participants will have to be dressed in white. They will dip their hands in paint and throw it up to the sky experiencing positive emotions. A music program will be offered to the participants.
