The business visit of a delegation from Tatarstan to Tajikistan, which included not only tour operators, but also representatives of the media, trade unions and bloggers, ended with the signing of an agreement on the development of tourism cooperation between tour operators of the two countries. The document provides for the joint development of tours and the exchange of tour groups.

The tourism potential of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented at the largest international exhibition CITIE 2025 in Guangzhou. The participation of the Tatarstan delegation in the Russian booth "Discover Russia"  allowed the region to establish itself as a key platform for the development of inbound tourism from Asian countries.

16 representatives of the tourism industry from the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman arrived in Tatarstan to explore the region and its attractions as part of the "Two Capitals of One Horizon" project.

Kazan will host the largest international digital technology forum, Kazan Digital Week, in September. The event will bring together IT industry leaders, government and business representatives on one platform.
