The New Brand Route “Tatarstan: 1001 delight” Was Presented to Mass-Media of the Republic of Tatarstan

On the 15th of March in the “Marhaba” restaurant the new brand route “Tatarstan: 1001 delight” was presented to the mass-media of the Respublic of Tatarstan. Mr. Sergey Ivanov, the Chairman  of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mrs. Dilbar Sadykova, the Director of  the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Center for the Development of the Tatarstan Republic” and Mr. Alex Galimov, the chef of the “Marhaba” restaurant told about a new route.

The “Tatarstan: 1001 delight” brand route  complies with the ideology of the Visit Tatarstan tourist brand. It is a qualitative combination of all the modern and best that the Republic can offer to its tourists. The aim of the route is to show the most famous places of interest from a nonconventional approach with help of  “Abau” effects.  “Abau” effect: on the analogy of «wow» - small things and details that creates a good mood of guests and  the surprise effect. Sergey Ivanov mentioned: “In a modern world people don’t want to be tourists, they want to be travelers. To study local experience, practices, to live as locals. The brand route is created with consideration of these tendencies. Our main task is to save emotions and impressions of a person from the route for a long time, so that he can tell after the return from Tatarstan that he has seen, felt and experienced the same nowhere and never. We hope that tourists will like the route, they will recommend it and the Republic will open in new colors for them”.

       The route “Tatarstan: 1001 delight” includes new hospitality standards. Groups of up to 10 persons will be accompanied by a considerate attache. Each traveler will feel care and individual attitude as if he is in a personal tour. Tourists will learn legends about Kazan  told by tzarina Sujumbike, cross Kazanka by yacht, see the way of life in Island - town Sviyazhsk and in Velikiy Bolgar, try main dishes of the Tatar cuisine in best restaurants of the Republic, dance Alipa with  ebika and babay in the Staro-Tatarskaya sloboda, participate in  tasting sessions of  special Tatar nastoyka and receive gifts from the  Visit Tatarstan tourist brand.

Leading companies and experts of Tatarstan in the area of internal tourism participated in the route development. Authors also took into account results of the comments and requests analysis of tourists visited Tatarstan.

The route takes 4 days and 3 nights.
