At 12.00 pm on October 9th, 2014 in the agency of mass communications "Tatmedia" will be a press conference dedicated to the creation of the new tourist route "Chistopol-city of the great Russian literature."
On the eve of of school holidays Travel.ru has posted a rating of the most popular cities for traveling with kids. Kazan was drawn up in the top three among top-30 cities. It is reported that the rating takes into account not only the popularity of the city among tourists, but also the cost of stay. The travel budget includes options such as hotel accommodation in 2 * -3 * within 5 kilometers from the city center, lunch in a cafe, a city tour by bus, visiting places of interest for the children and the cost of a souvenir.
Representatives of the Kazan Museum of Soviet Lifestyle visited Lithuania at the invitation of the Lithuanian Tatar community. Museum director, Rustem Valiakhmetov with accordionist Aidar Valiev visited the folk festival "Rudenines" in Visaginas, which has been held every two years. The festival was attended by national cultural communities, living in Lithuania, including Tatar representatives.

On 7 October Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Ivanov, had a video conference with the heads of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of the procedure mandatory classification of accommodation facilities in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The museum decided to recall the period of 1931-1991, When the “GTO” was the main athletic training program in educational, professional, and sports organizations in the USSR. At the exhibition, entitled "Ready for Labor and Defense!" visitors can learn about the history and functioning of the system in the Soviet era. Starting from the age of 10, Soviet children in schools were actively involved with the physical training. The exhibition presents “agitplakaty” (propaganda posters), premium pennants and books on relevant topics.
On October 8, at 8:00 am in the conference hall of the hotel "Courtyard by Marriott Kazan Kremlin" will be a presentation of the State Committee on Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan for the representatives of China's largest travel agency CITS, which are currently on a visit to the country.
