Kazan will host the Kite Festival

The City Kite Festival "Easy to Fly!" will be held on July 16 in Kazan, on the Waterfront near the Family Center "Kazan". The Organizers say that more than 20 totally Free Playgrounds, a lot of Kites of various Shapes, Colors and Sizes, Great Mood and a Friendly Atmosphere will be offered to Visitors. Children and Adults should especially like Workshops to Create Kites, as well as the Amateur Championship of Homemade Kites, Game Room.
