Today, on April 3, following the inspection of the territory of the future Kazan Marina resort, a working meeting of the investor of the Kama Riviera Management Company project took place in the building of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was also attended by the investor's partners — representatives of the Turkish architectural bureau Tabanlıoğlu Architects.
Previously, between the Tourism.RF Corporation and the Kama Riviera Management Company an agreement of intent regarding the implementation of the project was signed. Currently, a joint corporate agreement on the acquisition of one of the nine investment lots is being negotiated. It provides for the construction of a family hotel complex with 210 rooms, a restaurant, a children's leisure center, the creation of a landscaped territory, a central square, a park and embankments.
According to the investor, all architectural and urban planning solutions are within the framework of prepared by the Tourism.RF Corporation master plans of the Kazan Marina project will be implemented with account for the functional and specific characteristics of the territory and complement the natural landscape. In the near future, preparations for design and survey work will begin on the site.
The future tourist complex will be able to receive up to 114 thousand tourists annually.
Let us recall, the Tourism.RF Corporation has completed the development of a master plan for the development of the Kazan Marina tourist area in 2023. The investment lots of the project are presented on the Corporation's website.
The all-season Kazan Marina resort will become the first tourist center with a full-cycle yacht marina on the Volga in the last 100 years. On its territory, it is planned to create a marina with a capacity of 300 yachts, hotels with 1,250 rooms, sports and entertainment infrastructure.
The implementation of the project will create 2 thousand jobs and provide a tourist flow of 620 thousand guests.
All facilities of the resort are planned to be put into operation in 2028.
