"Intourmarket 2018" Comes to End in IEC “Crocus EXPO”

In Moscow comes to end the 12th International tourist exhibition "Intourmarket 2018", at which Tatarstan is presented by 29 participants at a common booth. Among them there are representatives of the State committee of the Tatarstan Republic On Tourism, Elabuga State  Reserve Museum, Island - town Sviyazhsk, the city of Velikiy Bolgar, Kazan Tourist and Information Center, the “Kazan’ Kremlin” Reserve Museum, and also representatives of hotel and tour operators, that are involved in the internal and  incoming tourism. 

The novelty of this year is the demonstration of new videos in the 360 ° -format. Visitors can “teleport” to the territory of main places of interest of the Republic by putting on the augmented reality glasses: it is possible to see Kazan, Velikiy Bolgar and the Island-town Sviyazhsk from a birds eye view. Moreover, guests of the booth have a possibility to receive  «cardboard» complimentary  augmented reality glasses that allow to watch and show the videos to friends and relatives.

On the 10th of March in a panel session of the Coordination Council on the Tourism of Volga federal district regions and the Committee on Import substitution at the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, that took place during the exhibition, the presentation of  “The Great Volga River Route” routes was held. Routes Kazan-Ulianovsk-Samara-Penza and Nizhny Novgorod-Cheboksary- Ioshkar Ola-Kazan were presented to federal tour operators. Expert opinions on the routes improving were obtained.
