From 2 to 6 September VII International Tsvetaeva reading days "If a soul is born with wings..." are taking place in Elabuga.
Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation in 2014, implemented a program of cultural and educational routes, in connection with which conducted field trips to cities in Russia. The project is implemented in order to promote the cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation and to teach young people about the history and culture of Russia.

On August 12, In preparation for the historic festival “Great Bulgaria” State Committee on Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan is organizing a site meeting and press tour with the participation of the representatives of ministries and departments involved in preparation. The event will also include inspection of the camp and a training session of Tatarstan team.
Wolfgang Fascing has visited Kazan as part of his unique bike tour Vladivostok-Moscow-St. Petersbourg. Wolfgang is planning to travel 10,000 km in 24 days. The aim of this project is to promote Russia itself in the West as well as promoting cycling in our country.

National seminar-workshop "Development of the rural tourism in the Republic of Tatarstan" will take place in the village House of Culture Starye Kuklyuk in Elabuzhsky district, Tatarstan on August 9, 2014.
Today the first group of young explorers has arrived to Kazan in the framework of the “Treasures of ancient Kazan”.
45 young tourists from Astrakhan, Orenburg, Nizhniy Novgorod and Tyumen regions came to our capital to explore its sights.
