Tatarstan has named the winners of the republican award "Good Tatarstan", which celebrates the best volunteers and organizations in the region. One of the nominations is "Volunteer of the Year in the field of tourism", the winner of which is also known.
Last weekend in Kazan, the winners of the "Good Tatarstan" award, the republican prize in the field of volunteering, were determined. The purpose of the award is to identify, support and encourage citizens and organizations for outstanding results in the implementation of volunteer activities in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The award is attended by leaders of the volunteer community of the republic in various areas: healthcare, ecology, inclusion, culture, tourism, event direction and others.
Volunteers can participate in the award in three areas: "Volunteers", "Teams", "Business". The "Volunteer of the Year of the Republic of Tatarstan" is defined separately.
The winners of the republican award "Good Tatarstan" are selected based on the results of the assessment of the expert council. It consists of representatives of relevant ministries and departments of the Republic, leaders of relevant volunteer associations and employees of the Volunteer Resource Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the nomination "Volunteer of the Year in the field of tourism", the winner was Petrova Alina, a student at the Institute of International Relations of K(P)FU. During the year of active volunteering, Alina managed to win the hearts of not only tourists who came to the republic in the summer, but also many volunteers, as she was a team leader on many projects.
Alina participated in many events of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Tourism: specialized educational shifts for tourist volunteers, the summer project "Hospitable Kazan", the competition "Journey to the origins", seminars for guides and others.
