The training takes place in full-time and part-time with the use of modern digital equipment.

During the year, regional teams need to complete six educational modules. The first module is devoted to the analysis and selection of the territory for the implementation of the future project. The second and third modules are aimed at creating a business plan and building financial models. The fourth module includes the formation of a program for the launch of tourist infrastructure. The fifth module involves the creation of a territory management model. The sixth module is the defense of ready-made projects.

To date, all students at the Center for the Development of Human Resources in the tourism industry have successfully completed the first educational module, conducted analytical studies of the tourist territories of their regions, identified the most promising ones for themselves and are starting to develop their projects.
