Negotiations with a Chinese delegation took place at the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism. The delegation was headed by the Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism of Hangzhou. The event focused on developing bilateral cooperation and increasing tourist traffic between the regions.

From October 29 to 31, Kazan will host the fifth anniversary international forum Kazan Digital Week 2026. This large‑scale IT event will bring together developers, businesses, heads of digital ministries from foreign countries, and leading scientists at the Kazan Expo venue to discuss trends in the digital economy.

A key event was a business lunch organised by the Centre for Strategic Research, at which the republic’s tourism products were presented and aroused particular interest among Malaysian operators.
