Tour operator Tez Tour intends to halve the volume of service in most areas. This decision was taken due to adverse market movements forecasts, as well as the low rate of the ruble against the major currencies, according to the commercial director Tez Tour Alexander Burtin, reports "Interfax".

In Kazan the only venue for the festival will be the cinema "Mir".
