On January 22, Museum-Reserve of Kazan Kremlin celebrated its birthday. As a present for its visitors, the museum opened its doors for free.
During this day Center "Hermitage-Kazan", Natural History Museum of Tatarstan, the Museum of the Gun Court, the Museum of Islamic culture, the Museum of the History of statehood of the Tatar people and Exhibition Hall "Manege" welcomed more than 12 000 visitors. Guests of the festival went to a museum for new experiences, knowledge and bright emotions. And they got them!
Hotel Ramada Kazan City Center became the winner in the category "Best hotels with first class service in Russia" taking 2nd place out of 25 awarded, and second only to "Lotte Hotel Moscow". The hotel was also awarded with 4th place in the category "Best Hotels of Russia" and was awarded the prestigious prize of TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice ™ in 2015. The best hotels are selected based on analysis of reviews and opinions left by travelers throughout the year on the TripAdvisor website. TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice ™ award is given out for the 13th time in the world and the third time in Russia.
Association of animated films is showing free cartoons on 31 January and 1 February all over Russia . In Kazan screenings will take place in the creative center "Workshop Vasilyev brothers” on 1 Zinin St.
Museum of Natural History of Tatarstan invites everyone to celebrate Tatyana's Day January 25. In honor of the holiday museum entrance for all Tatiana will be free. All owners of this name will receive a gift from the museum, says the press service of the museum-reserve "Kazan Kremlin"

The State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan presents an exhibition of works by world famous Russian marine painter, author of paintings devoted to the history of the domestic fleet and coastal cities, Ivan Aivazovsky (1817-1900). The exhibition called "Aivazovsky and navy" opens on 5 December 2014.

From 21 to 24 January, the capital of Tatarstan will host the first All-Russian Charity Choir Competition-Festival "Choral Kazan-2015". The festival will feature 35 choirs from 20 cities of Russia - a total of nearly 1,000 people.
On January 25, the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan will host the traditional student holiday "Tatyana's Day at the Museum". For several years now the largest museum in the Volga region conducts educational activities for its most active and appreciative audience - students.
