Regular trips on pleasure boats were launched on the waterfront of Lake Kaban in the Old Tatar settlement on 1 May. Guests and residents of the capital of Tatarstan can listen to a tour in 5 languages - Russian, German, English, Chinese and Tatar while enjoying views of Kazan from the waters of Lake Kaban according to the Development Assistance Committee of the Board of Tourism of the city.
On 1 May all guests were invited to meet with famous historical characters "Khan" and "Hanbike," Peter I, Catherine II, who welcomed them in the best traditions of the Bulgaro-Tatar and Russian cultures. All visitors were invited to a sightseeing tour, which included a visit to the Museum of the Bulgarian civilization memorial sign in honor of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria in 922, the House of medieval doctor and the Bulgarian settlement.
